Independent Living Services
ILS
Remarkable & Centered Supports services are based on a philosophy of safely maximizing control and choice for the individual. We provide the following services for ILS individuals. Examples of services to be provided in our Independent Living service are as follows:
- Services are provided in the individual’s home.
- Person is involved and participates in assessing and development of their goals.
- Person chooses how to spend their time.
- Person chooses where to work, study, and or volunteer.
- Person chooses friends and other natural relationships in the community.
- Person is supported with developing skills to manage their own medical and mental health need appointments.
- Person is supported with develop skills in meal planning and meal preparation.
- Person is supported with developing skills to manage their own finances, paying bills, and budgeting.
